Professional HD Pictures
We have our photographer take high-definition pictures of the property at dusk to make the property look its absolute best.
Multiple Listing Service
Your listing will be included in the local Tucson Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service. This is where the 5,000 professional Tucson area real estate agents look for available properties for their buyers.
zillow.com, trulia.com and other websites
Your listing will be syndicated to hundreds of websites where buyers and investors are actively looking for homes. We go through some of the more popular websites individually to make sure that the listing and its photos show correctly.
Customized Listing Website
Most websites use an IDX feed from the MLS uploading low definition pictures. We build a unique, customized website for your listing complete with HD photos that you won’t see on those websites. We use this site on all of our marketing materials as we think it best represents the property. Click here to see an example.
Matterport 3D Showcase
Offering the buyer a 3D Virtual Showcase is paramount in showing the full context of the listing. Using a Matterport camera, we will create this for your listing. It is then attached to the listing and all other market materials as a virtual tour link. It is absolutely state-of-the-art in real estate marketing.
Custom Text Code

The Offer and Escrow Process
Today’s real estate transaction has become very complicated. Our standard contract is now 10 pages long plus associated addenda plus buyer financing is as difficult and complex as it ever has been. We handle all aspects of the offer including negotiations, communication with the buyer’s agent, staying on top of timelines and deadlines with the stated goal of getting the deal closed. We will make your transaction smooth and enjoyable so that you can maximize profits and minimize headaches.
Transparent Commissions and Fees
Our simple pricing policy to charge our seller-clients 6% of the gross sales price for all services rendered from start to finish including marketing services. Our brokerage will cooperate half of that fee (3%) as payment to the buyer’s brokerage. We feel that this is a fair payment for the expert services and marketing that we will provide. We promise to give you and your listing the level of attention deserved and provide the same level of excellent service that our clients have been receiving for over 14 years.
